Verint customers and partners across the Asia Pacific region and around the world will gather at this year’s APAC Engage 2017 conference—an event that spotlights customer success and technology innovation. Attendees also will explore strategies for enhancing the customer experience, best practices for capturing customer experience insights to maximize customer and employee engagement, and market trends, innovations and new technologies, and how to apply them for competitive advantage.

Kelly Koelliker, director, global solutions marketing at Verint, will present “What Is the Future of Customer Service?” at 1 pm ET. As technology continues to make our everyday lives easier, this session will explore how these improvements translate into benefits for customer service organizations. Quality Assurance & Training Connection (QATC) Annual Conference

Eric Roussos, workforce management coordinator at Crystal Run Healthcare, will join Verint’s Jenni Palocsik, senior director, global solutions marketing, to address “Why QM Needs WFM—And How They’re Better Together” at 13:30 CT. Attendees will hear about how to make a good quality program stronger by establishing KPIs and goals from multiple sources, and managing them with scorecards for better long-term results. Other themes will focus on how more effective planning, forecasting and scheduling with workforce management can reinforce a culture of quality, and how using insights from speech analytics helps improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
