Verint Customer Engagement Solutions Now Available in the Cloud and On-Premises Through New Collaboration with Group Elite Communications

MELVILLE, N.Y. and MONTREAL, QC, 24 de julho de 2017 — Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced a new partnership with Group Elite Communications, a premier provider of professional and managed services for workforce optimization and other solutions in the North America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Through this relationship, North American and EMEA customers can now combine Group Elite’s award-winning professional sales, services, support and consulting with Verint’s industry-leading Customer Engagement solutions, available in the cloud, on-premises or a hybrid model.

Group Elite has a deep and broad skillset in providing customer experience solutions, in addition to a dedicated focus on customer-centricity. Its proprietary technology is designed to power a comprehensive set of managed service offerings that can be layered on top of Verint solutions to further automate, manage and provide proactive care that drives sustained value, and enables organizations to control their level of engagement with underlying solutions. In coordination with the Verint solutions, customers also will have access to added functionality, streamlined deployments and tools for seamless operation.
